Cancellation and Refund Policy
Plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy. However, to ensure that we can manage our tours efficiently and provide the best experience for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice:
Guests must notify Xplore Roatan of their intention to cancel their tour booking via email or telephone.
Refund Policy:
More than 7 Days Notice: Guests who cancel their tour more than 7 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
7 Days or Less Notice: No refund will be provided to guests who cancel their tour 7 days or less before the scheduled tour date.
Extenuating Circumstances:
Xplore Roatan understands that extraordinary situations, such as serious illness or family emergencies, can lead to unavoidable cancellations. In such cases, guests are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of special considerations. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Tour Cancellations by Xplore Roatan:
In the rare event that Xplore Roatan must cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the choice of rescheduling their tour (subject to availability) or receiving a full refund.
No-Show Policy:
Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled tour without prior notification of cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
Processing of Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
